What interested you most in the first week? What will you remember later?

What interested me most in the first week was the water diary experiment. I was really surprised when I calculated all of the results, and really surveyed the water usage for a few days. It was really interesting, and a good learning experience. I did not know that a person can use so many liters of water in a day, and it really taught me that water is valuable and things such as not running the water while washing the dishes or brushing your teeth really make a difference. I will definitely remember the water diary experiment later in life.
